FILTHY employee & operating practices. We have been frequent costumers for YEARS, food has always been great. Tonight we ordered pizza, half plain, half pepperoni, sausage & mushroom. It was made incorrectly (onions) okay, no problem, we called & they required us to bring it back, however we already served the plain side to the kids. When we returned the 4 slices of incorrect pizza…THEY PUT IT ON THE SERVING COUNTER. The same 4 slices that were already in my house for 20 minutes, touched by my 3 year old son who stole some pepperoni off one and my friend who was in the process of taking onions off her slice before my husband realized it was incorrect. We assumed it would go in the trash. They put it on the back counter until we left and then we watched them take it out the box and put it out to serve. We went back in and called them on it and the response was “oh, I didn’t know you guys touched it”….. Sir, you don’t know what the hell we did to it for the 30 minutes we had it. Why would you reserve pizza someone else took home already! Super Disgusting. What other corners are being cut? ….

I was really looking forward to trying the restaurant, but I had quite a surprise. I went with my partner, but she was feeling unwell, so I ordered just a soup, and my partner ordered a chicken fillet dish. She wanted to encourage me to eat, so we ended up sharing her plate. When we asked for the check, they charged us $10 for sharing. It's worth noting that I felt discriminated against and uncomfortable during my dinner. I'm sharing this because it's not fair to charge $10 for sharing my plate with my partner. Finally, they never informed me that they would charge for sharing a dish, and they didn't offer me any choice in the matter.

Came with family to catch up. Atmosphere was nice. There was a singer, who was fairly loud, nice voice but could barely hear my family. Got the penne vodka. Asked the waiter? (Unsure- we had multiple people who served us which is quite odd) how much it was to add shrimp to my pasta, and he said it was $6. When we got the bill, we discovered that it was actually $8 and for only THREE PIECES :/. Was delicious- until I discovered a thick, short BLACK HAIR in my food!!! It was sent back, one of the servers lightly apologized and had it remade, but I was so grossed out I had it boxed and gave it to my brother. As someone who works in the food industry I wish this was handled differently, maybe a free dessert or a discount. It shouldn’t have happened at all. WEAR HAIRNETS!!
